Faulty Goods/ Guarantee
Please save Your receipt and serial nr (Caddieaway) for future eventual guarantee issues!
We will try our best to keep you happy: fast response and be as generous as we can!
A complaint regarding guarantee must be placed as soon as possible after it has occurred. The guarantee does not cover normal usage and aging, only faulty goods as stated below.
All goods come with a 24 month guarantee, except for Gripglider (plastic) and Tee4Life. If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken:
For purchases under 30 days old, we will exchange the faulty item at our expense. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and daytime contact number so we can arrange an exchange delivery.
For purchases over 30 days old but less than 24 months old please send back the item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number, and your daytime contact number. We will inspect the item and, at our discretion, repair, replace, offer a like for like replacement, issue a voucher, or may return the faulty item if we feel there has been no manufacturing fault.
In rare cases we might feel there is no manufacturing fault, we may offer to repair the faulty item at your cost, if you accept the offer you will be required to pay for the repair before we proceed.
Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
If faulty goods occur, we will pay for the freight. We will send You the proper freight documentation. If possible, take a photo of the product and email us, as this can speed things up. Please save the original delivery box to be used för returns and refunds.
